Atomospheric Plasma Treatment Equipment is a conveyor mountable plasma system with 1000 watts of cleaning power! Perfect for inline conveyor systems and industrial production facilities. 

Atomospheric Plasma Treatment Equipment is capable of producing plasma up to 1 inch wide with a treatment distance of up to 1.5 inches from the plasma head.

This system uses a nozzle-type plasma generator to activate surfaces for bonding or printing. This system is fully scalable and compatible with robots or automated assembly lines. As with all of our systems, the Atmospheric Plasma System offers consistent and repeatable results.

PLC control is also available to allow a single control point for multiple plasma heads. The plasma head features a cable and gas line up to 10 meters long, allowing for easy integration into a wide range of systems. A variety of nozzle heads can be used to suit nearly any application.
