NE-ATD04 is a horizontal atmospheric direct injection plasma cleaning machine, which is mainly divided into three parts: high-voltage excitation power supply, direct injection plasma spray gun, and control system. The control system is used for parameter control of the entire equipment. After setting the equipment parameters (processing speed, power, gas pressure), it starts running. The excitation power supply ionizes the incoming gas to generate plasma, which is sprayed from the spray gun through the pipeline and acts on the surface of the material.

Plasma cleaning is a versatile modification method that can control and optimize the surface properties of materials by simply adjusting plasma parameters. Compared to traditional modification techniques, plasma cleaning has the characteristics of environmental friendliness, no pollution, no damage to the overall surface properties of the body, wide applicability, and safety. In terms of substrate cleaning, plasma cleaning can clean the surface of materials from grease, oil stains, organic matter such as oil particles that are not visible to the naked eye, and oxide layers. In terms of surface modification of the substrate, after plasma cleaning, some functional groups that play a role in connectivity are added to the substrate surface, such as hydroxyl (- OH), carbonyl (- CO) and other functional groups, which can improve surface wettability and enhance adhesion strength. In addition, plasma cleaning can also increase surface roughness and physically enhance adhesion.
