DESCRIPTION
The gantry-type atmospheric plasma cleaning system is an advanced industrial solution engineered for high-precision surface cleaning and functional modification. It integrates atmospheric plasma technology with a gantry framework, delivering exceptional structural stability and mechanical rigidity.
In its optimized mechanical configuration, the X-axis linear module is rigidly mounted atop the gantry structure, while the Y-axis module is precision-guided along the X-axis through high-accuracy linear rails. This gantry-based architecture ensures vibration-free operation, with the X-axis smoothly translating the Y-axis module along parallel guideways to maintain positioning accuracy. The Z-axis linear module, driven by the Y-axis, completes the three-dimensional positioning system.
Through synchronized control of the three linear axes, the system achieves precise multi-directional positioning of the plasma spray gun. This coordinated motion control maintains optimal stand-off distance between the plasma nozzle and workpiece throughout the operation, ensuring consistent treatment quality and significantly enhanced processing accuracy across the entire work surface.
