The mesh-belt atmospheric plasma cleaner is a device that utilizes atmospheric-pressure plasma technology to conduct continuous surface treatment of workpieces via mesh-belt conveying. It is mainly composed of a plasma generator, plasma spray guns, a three-axis motion mechanism, and a mesh-belt transmission system. 

This device eliminates the need for a vacuum environment, featuring a simple structure, low cost and easy operation. The mesh-belt conveying enables continuous and automated production, making it ideal for large-scale industrial applications with high processing efficiency. Plasma cleaning creates an ultra-thin, high-surface-tension layer, which enhances adhesion, coating and printing performance. It does not require harsh auxiliary processes such as additional mechanical treatments or chemical processing to improve bonding strength.
