Jet Plasma Treatment Machine is composed of plasma generator, gas transmission pipeline and plasma nozzle. 

The plasma generator generates high-voltage, high-frequency energy, and a low-temperature plasma is generated in the activated and controlled glow discharge in the nozzle steel pipe. 

NE-ATR03 is sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece with the help of compressed air. The plasma meets the surface of the treated object, producing chemical and physical changes. The surface is cleaned and the hydrogen carbide pollutants, such as grease and auxiliary additives, are removed. According to the composition of the material, the surface molecular chain structure is changed, and free groups such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups are established. 

These groups have the effect of promoting adhesion on various coating materials and have been optimized for adhesion and printing applications. Under the same effect, a very thin high-tension coating surface can be obtained by plasma treatment without any other strong effects such as mechanical and chemical treatment to increase adhesion. 

The surface modification of atmospheric pressure plasma material has the following advantages : drying process, energy saving, no pollution, meeting the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection, continuous operation under atmospheric pressure, low requirements for processing materials, strong applicability, and can deal with irregularly shaped materials.
