NE-PE05 is capable of processing a wide range of materials including polymers, metals, glass and ceramics for optimal treatment results, including air, oxygen, nitrogen, etc, which offers very fast treatment times and optimum adhesion properties for downstream coating, gluing, painting, and printing applications.

The NE-PE05 adopts CCP capacitive coupled plasma generation method. The processing chamber is made of cylindrical stainless steel. It can be used to improve the adhesion of substrate surface or improve the surface hydrophilicity which uses the advanced power generator as a power supply and specially designed plasma transformer to provide voltage to the plasma electrodes.

Typical Plasma Cleaning Workflow    

Load sample into the vacuum chamber (up to 150×150 mm tray size)    

Close chamber & initiate vacuum to create low-pressure environment    

Introduce process gas (air, O₂, Ar, or custom blend)    

Ignite plasma via 13.56 MHz RF power supply
