DESCRIPTION
Plasma Surface Treatment Equipment is a microprocessor controlled desktop plasma treatment machine which is dedicated to cleaning and surface activation of a wide range of materials including polymers, metals, glass and ceramics, delivering optimum adhesion properties of otherwise difficult to bond materials.
Plasma Surface Treatment Equipment has two built-in electrodes that can form an internal electric field. A vacuum pump is used to create a vacuum environment inside the equipment chamber. As the vacuum degree increases, the gas becomes thinner and the distance between molecules and the length of molecular free motion will increase. Due to the force of the electric field, molecules collide and form plasma.
