The atmospheric pressure plasma surface treatment machine abandons the vacuum system and can generate uniform and stable low-temperature plasma at atmospheric pressure, meeting the requirements of online continuous production. During the plasma treatment of materials, the discharge gas will generate charged particles (electrons and ions), excited state particles (free radicals, metastable molecules), and photons. Through the physical and chemical reactions generated by these active particles on the surface, they play a role in surface cleaning, surface etching, surface activation, and so on.

Atmospheric pressure plasma surface treatment machine is a discharge form formed by blowing plasma out of the electrode gap using working gas. It separates the plasma generation area from the application area in space, ensuring that most of the active particles can be transported to the surface of the treated material, so that its application is no longer limited by the electrode. It also has the advantages of simple device structure, easy operation, and easy integration.


Atmospheric pressure plasma surface treatment is the result of the interaction between plasma and material surface, mainly including physical and chemical effects on the material surface. The large number of active particles contained in low-temperature plasma generally have an energy of several or even tens of electron volts, which is higher than the surface bonding energy of general polymer materials (usually several electron volts). They can open the existing chemical bonds on the material surface and react with various active groups to form new chemical bonds or introduce functional groups on the surface. High energy particles in plasma bombard the surface of materials, causing etching and changing the surface shape, increasing roughness, and ultimately affecting the adhesion and hydrophobicity of the material surface.
