DESCRIPTION
Large Surface Batch Plasma Cleaning Machine features large-format vacuum chambers along with many advanced features, all with the reliability of recipe-driven PLC control. They are configurable tools that are both robust enough for reliable, repeatable industrial processing and at the same time flexible enough for the research into, and development of, leading-edge plasma processes.
The NE-PE250C plasma cleaner removes oil, dust, and organic contaminants from surfaces, while activating non-polar/weakly polar materials (e.g., PP, PE plastics). This solves the common pain point of poor bonding/printability for industrial parts—ensuring consistent adhesion for automotive components, electronic housings, and glass substrates.
NE-PE250C is a customized flexible, standalone batch plasma cleaning system. It can be used consistently in a manufacturing environment to clean and activate the surface of oddly shaped parts.
NE-PE250C can be used for batch processing of materials such as plastics, metals and glass regardless of material type. It can improve the adhesion and printability of base materials and solve the problems of non-polar or weakly polar materials being difficult to bond and print. The equipment has the advantages of good treatment effect, simple operation, low energy consumption, low treatment cost, stable and reliable performance, and no pollution to the environment. It can be used to process complex geometric shapes and surfaces without damaging the underlying materials.
