Low Pressure Plasma systems
At atmospheric pressure, the plasma temperature is extremely high, just like a flame and an arc discharge. If the pressure drops, for example, to 100 Pa, plasma can be generated at low temperatures. This is what is known as cold plasma, or more precisely, non-thermal plasma.
Due to the extremely low temperature of the low-pressure plasma gas, the material is only slightly heated. However, the energy of an electron is equivalent to the temperature of several thousand Kelvin (K). This advantage allows it to handle plastics or other temperature-sensitive materials.
NaenTech low-pressure plasma systems are designed for customized surface treatments – cleaning, activating and coating – with excellent results.
To meet the needs of industrial production, NaenTech systems are available in a variety of sizes and additional options. The wide range of systems ranges from Desktop Microwave Plasma Cleaner designed for low-volume production to Large Surface Batch Plasma Cleaning Machine for handling complex components in the automotive industries.
NaenTech is a leader in surface modification to improve adhesion. Our plasma processing equipment supports automotive interior parts,IC packaging, semiconductors, LED packaging substrates, and material processing, etc,.
We work closely with our customers to find the right plasma solution. Give us a call to discuss the best solution for your application.
